This thing works. There are a couple of little inconveniences I ran into but they are easily fixed. The first was on the shaving side, hair gets caught under the blade very easily and since there is grease (to make the razor function properly) the hair would get stuck and it was a little annoying to clean out without completely wiping all the grease off. The second was on the trimmer side, I opened it to clean out any build-up and all of the components of the razor fell out. However, I was easily able to put it back and it worked fine. Despite these minor inconveniences, I didn’t get a SINGLE scratch, knick, cut, or blood spot after shaving and trimming my ENTIRE undercarriage (and I’d waited a couple weeks to shave so I could wait for my Dermave, so it was a little unruly). I’ve tried expensive, ceramic razors and cheap Phillips trimmers and everything sucks. This thing freaking works and does it so smoothly. It sounded like it didn’t have much power when I was shaving (compared to others I’ve used that are louder and seem to have more UMPH) but it didn’t seem to translate to the actual performance. I love it!!
